Consultations, design concepts, proposals and estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change following inspection, final selections, product availability or the discovery of concealed conditions. All design, renovation and installation work is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement will apply.

Products, Finishes and Natural Materials

Natural materials such as stone, wood, clay tile and handmade finishes vary in colour, pattern and texture, and these variations are part of their character. Samples represent a material but may not match every piece exactly. Lead times and availability of products are set by manufacturers and suppliers and may change.

Scheduling and Site Conditions

Project schedules depend on permits, inspections, approvals from homeowners associations where applicable, product delivery, weather and site conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any changes required by concealed conditions will be discussed and agreed in writing before work proceeds.

Financing, Warranties and Third Parties

Information about financing and warranty plans is general guidance only. Financing is provided by independent lenders and warranty plans by their providers, each under their own terms and approval processes. We do not guarantee approval, rates or coverage. Manufacturer warranties are provided by manufacturers, and any workmanship warranty we offer is set out in your written project agreement.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including text, design, graphics, illustrations, logos and layout, belongs to Elegant Decor Home or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Photographs may be used under licence from their owners. Design concepts, drawings and mood boards we prepare remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
